On The Rise is also funded by the MA Department of Public Health Sexual and Domestic Violence Division and is supported by the Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance through American Rescue Plan (ARPA) funds from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Coronavirus State Recovery Funds. Additional ARPA funding is provided through the City of Cambridge.
