Program Hours & Re-opening Updates
On The Rise has reopened our space to both unhoused Safe Haven participants and housed Keep the Keys participants. Each program has separate hours to prevent overcrowding and best meet participant needs, although there are overlapping times when participants from both programs are welcome in our space.
Safe Haven Hours
Our Safe Haven is currently open to unhoused participants during the following hours:
Mondays 8:30am-3:30pm
Tuesdays 12:00pm-3:30pm
Wednesdays 8:30am-3:30pm
Thursdays 9:30am-3:30pm
Fridays 8:30am-3:30pm
Keep the Keys Program Hours:
Tuesdays 1:30pm-3:30pm
Wednesdays 1:30pm-3:30pm
Thursdays 1:30pm-3:30pm

Safety Precautions
On The Rise is committed to keeping our doors open to participants who find security and community in our programs. Safety is our utmost priority, and we have taken measures to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
Full Covid-19 vaccination based on CDC recommendation is required for all staff and encouraged for participants, who can receive assistance from advocates in securing and attending vaccine appointments. On The Rise requires and has rapid tests available for staff and participants who are symptomatic or believe they may have been exposed to Covid-19. We clean our space regularly, and have air filters in every room.
