gift of securities is a generous way to support On The Rise that offers significant tax advantages. We suggest that you consult your financial advisor or legal counsel to determine whether a gift of securities is particularly suited to your situation.

Should you wish to make a gift of stock to On The Rise, please contact Jennifer Tsolas, Director of Development and Communications, at 617-497-5757 so we may provide you with the necessary information.

For On The Rise to properly acknowledge your gift, including issuing you a receipt for tax purposes, please provide the following information to On The Rise prior to authorizing the transfer:

• Your name
• Your address
• A telephone number to contact you or your agent
• The number and type of securities you will be donating (e.g. 30 shares of XYZ corporation).
